A combined ASA-FCA dinner meeting will be held on Tuesday, MARCH 9, featuring computer data retrieval expert Mr. Jim Sevel & paralegal / researcher Ms. Janae Long. This dynamic presentation will address what every Testifying Expert should at least be aware of regarding the subpoena of their electronic files -- and hard drives.

California Chapter, ASFMRA 2010 Spring Ag Outlook Conference

A New Era for California Agriculture - New Best Practices Workshop and USPAP Update

This Conference will focus on key issues facing California agriculture…land values, dairy, water, agricultural credit and more.  Program sessions throughout the day will address the feed sector, olives for oil, and a briefing via web cam on what’s happening in Washington D.C. The 2010 issue of Trends in Agricultural Land & Lease Values will be released - now covering both California and Nevada . If that’s not enough, the chapter’s brand new ‘Best Practices for Rural Property Appraisals’ workshop will be offered for the first time on March 24th. Nearly a year in the making, the course promises excellent and useful information. For those in need of USPAP, the 7 Hour National USPAP Update will be offered on March 26th.
